Changing the Tokens

Each section of the line of the Steam Railway has a metal token without which the engine driver is not allowed to proceed.
 As the train passes through the station the signalman and the fireman exchange the tokens which are contained in the pouches attached to the metal loops.
A good eye and steady hand are required for this manoeuvre.
