Five Day Countdown

I woke up with a knot of extreme nerves and excitement in my stomach that stayed around all day. Maybe this is how I'll feel all week. I also felt hugely emotional; something I hadn't anticipated so soon in the week. I guess the whole week will be a whole range of feelings and emotions. My day at work was less frantic than I'd feared and I managed to work through my list and do a last-minute run to get some supplies at lunch time. I can't believe this time next week we'll be on holiday - with so much to happen between then and now, how can that only be a week away?!
