The rest day didn't leave any of us feeling rested, today was jolly hard going for the group.
A pretty simple straight up (1200m) and straight down (1100m), but we all ached when we got in to Gruben tonight. We made good time and were over the high col when the rain hit - I should have known when I saw these fighting cows lying down.
