Redwood

It would seem I've not previously blipped our redwood - time to redress that omission.  According to those who know more about tree history than I do, it's likely that this is one of the oldest redwoods in the country, dating back from the very early time of Victorian plant collectors bringing them into the UK.

Curiously, it's not that visible from the house despite being directly in front.  It's hidden behind an even larger cedar!
