Bin Day

I eventually hauled my backside out of bed (the new blinds must block the noise of the bin lorry!) and commenced cleaning. Sadly it was interrupted by a phone call from my dear friend Tracy who has arrived in Truro on holiday with her family.

I cleaned for a little bit longer then legged it to Asda to get pasties for lunch and a few other bits with Smallest.

Home to eat the aforementioned pasties and a little more cleaning until Tracy and Co. arrived :-D

We sat around my kitchen table catching up for the best part of 5 hours! I made us all pizzas so we were briefly with the children but they mostly vanished off to do their own thing.

It's been splendid. They've now left, I've hoovered the stairs so upstairs is now 'done' and I'm going to reward myself with MrRoly's red wine and Holby on catch up!
