Reggie

We are now the proud owners of a fully finished kitchen, and we are delighted with it. It has taken a full week longer than it was expected to, so with the week delay at the beginning it has been a long haul. We now just need to decide what goes in which cupboard.

I think Reggie has got used to having the builders around, but he looked quite content laying on the lawn this afternoon. Mum and dad also went home this morning, so we have got the house to our selves now.

It is 3 years today since we lost dear old Thomas, our previous Airedale. We still miss him, but Reggie certainly has filled the hole left by Thomas in his own individual way.

Also would have been my granddad's 113th birthday today, he died just before his 70th birthday... wonder what he would have thought to all the mod cons I have in the kitchen?.
