Rounding up the sheep

I took this photo of our few sheep and Border Collie 'Jess' rounding up the sheep.  Jess is getting on in age, but still enjoys rounding the sheep up, and heading them to where they should be going.  These sheep were heading to the woolshed, where they are going to be crutched tomorrow.

We had 5 calves born today.  Visiting the calves after work today, they were soaking up the warmth of the afternoon sun.  The temperature got up to 14 degrees C - a vast improvement on yesterday's cold and wet day.
