Prep

Potentially, we have 11 people wanting a cooked breakfast at 7am tomorrow.  

Our normal maximum is 8 but the anomaly has come about by accommodating guests who want to add 'just one more person' and us bringing a spare self-catering unit into play as B&B accommodation.

Getting as much prepared as possible tonight.
