Church Square

Today we had to go to the Post Office in El Ejido so after the letters had been posted, we sat and had a coffee in the Church Square, pictured, Iglesia San Isidro

Then off to the market, held the first three Wednesdays in the month for fresh fruit, salads and veg.

We are having a BBQ tonight, Sausages cooked and tossed in honey and mustard, to start;  prawns marinated in lemon, garlic and ginger with chorizo on skewers;  then Tuna steak with new potatoes, tomato and red onion salad and small sweet peppers grilled;    followed by the Spanish cold rice pudding.   Our friend is coming over to share with us.
