Bossy duck

The good news is that we were undisturbed by the freezer last night (now that it has been moved)  and enjoyed a really good, long sleep - hurrah!

After all yesterday's activities we took it a bit easier today. The windy and wet weather was also less conducive to gadding about, so we opted to spend most of the day in the Scapa Flow Visitor Centre and Museum, where we learnt a lot about the role of Orkney in the first and second world wars. These ducks were on guard duty at the museum.

Exercise today: short tandem ride to the museum and back again.
