Pollen Overdose

I watched this little bee for quite awhile, flying from bloom to bloom & getting slower & slower! I think he was weighted down by all the pollen he was collecting!  There were tons of these teasels all over, & they were at lots of different stages. I read that the teasels first start to bloom in the center of the head, & that the flowers come in quickly but don't last long; so as they fade away it leaves a top & bottom ring of blooms, like in this picture. I think these are so photogenic, no matter what stage they're in! :)
