The wheels on the bus go round and round

Took the ungrateful children to the Royal Gunpowder Mills in Waltham Abbey this afternoon. Deliberately didn't tell them where we were going 'cos they're mardy moos & we didn't want to deal with 30 minutes of whining on the way there...so we got there and then they kicked off.

Eventually they remembered how to have fun, shooting each other in the nerf gun gallery, making and launching rockets, riding on the itsy bitsy steam train and watching explosive 'scientific' experiments.

We (Jacky & I) enjoyed it!
