Thatch with residents

The Lapa had been in need of repair after birds had started using some of the grass to build their nests.

When the thatchers started to pull away the loose sections they were surprised to uncover some snoozing four legged squatters.

I am happy that I did not to witness them scurrying for freedom. But you can't blame them for finding a cozy corner.
