Feeling Guilty

The children are sunburnt, as a parent you always feel guilty. Despite 'lathering' them in factor 'duffel coat' as soon as they are in and out of the water they start to burn.
This morning they gingerly awoke at midday, breakfasted on toast & Nutella and got ready.
Clare and Sam went off to get the essentials for the apartment, Josh and I set off for the promenade.
We walked down to the 'cross roads' and then stopped off at our apartment loan centre. Two bikes later we were off to Sarah's in style.
We spent the day at Sarah's complex so the kids could recuperate.
The 'Family Meal' was at La Pava mainly pizza for the kids but but chicken & a salad for me, along with the obligatory two beers (every meal) and a coffee.
Back to the pool and relaxing with Sarah and Manolo before heading off relatively early, 21:00, Sam and Josh on the bikes needed to get back in daylight.
Back in the apartment a couple of quiet beers before bedtime.
