Former Chief Post Office building, Dunedin, New Zealand.
It's a rather impressive building - falling into a state of disrepair unfortunately because it's been empty since 1989.
There have been various plans to convert it into a luxury hotel, but none have eventuated so it stands mostly ignored & unappreciated.
The posters & grafitti on the recessed main doors have caught my eye a few times so this is today's blip.
