How well do we engage, listen and respond?

East Leicestershire and Rutland Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) has launched a survey asking everyone in its local communities – including patients, carers and families and stakeholders – for their views on how well it engages, listens and responds. The survey is the latest stage in the CCG’s Summer of Listening initiative.
