A 3rd attempt. Still working at this.

This is my third attempt at capturing falling drops into water.

I would be open to hearing how those of you who are successful at this type of shot approach it.  

What techniques do you use to help you be more successful?

It really still feels like quite the work in progress.  But I would like to get better.
