An old city.
Today, I visited a very old part of the city which has been existing ever since the city had come into existence. There were a few new additions here and there with advancements, but most of it remianed to preserve their old look. While travelling, I could see all kind of people on the road, children returning from school in rikshaw, stopping by to have golguppas.. I was kind of surprised seeing them having it, since I thought during my childhood it to be something which adults would indulge into. Then there were many people belonging to the city and quite a few from outside the country too. All running around, rushing for something or the other. There were similar kind of shops selling the same commodity in a row, some engaged in business, where as the others remained idle. It is business, they call.. running either by luck or out of luck!
It was quite a fine experience to travel such roads, except the fact that certain people would walk past you, without consideration.
Randomness is the very nature of such places.
