High-rise sprouting up

A few months ago this space was empty. Now, all of a sudden there is this amazing glass structure. They have only unveiled it a few days ago. It will serve as Bangkok new Stock Exchange. 
What is even more amazing is that Bangkok is alarmingly sinking. The city is built on lowlands near the Gulf of Thailand. Construction and the rise of sea level combined make scientists predict that Bangkok will be under water in the next 15 years! They are now planning to build the highest skyscraper in ASEAN. A structure that will be 600m high!
It sounds like the climate change issue...
