Ripening grapes

The grapes seem to be ripening quite early but that is not surprising given the heat. I stocked up at the market with fresh produce this morning. It was humming with holidaymakers. The first two weeks of August are the real high season then it will go quiet again. I weeded the courtyard first thing before the sun came round then I had to retreat. Of course, I had the cricket on the radio and that kept me smiling!
