We thought we'd go to Stow, have coffee, then have lunch in Burford.
Avoiding Bidford ( bridge broken), Stratford ( Bulldog Bash), I'd planned to go via Evesham and Bretforton. Big mistake. Thanks to diversions, road works in the diversion and roads closed with no posted diversion, we only got to Hidcote (NT) for coffee. After a good lunch in Stow we'd had enough and set of for home. After crawling behind two farm vehicles going to different farms and being entertained by a Severn Trent van being driven by a maniac at the bottom of Fish Hill, we finally got home.
I need a rest!
