Lunchtime Incursion

I should have rested my aching leg muscles today but by lunchtime I was itching to get out into of the office and into the sunshine.

This involved an incursion into Kagsy65 territory, namely a walk up to and around Greenhead Park.

Foolishly I did another 5 km on the treadmill when I got home.
