Flying the flag

This weeks subject for the weekly photo challenge on FB is "The best of British" After coming up with a couple of ideas someone else posted photos of the ideas before i got a chance to post them. one was fish and chips and another was Red phone box and of course a good old pint of beer.
So this evening after work I went out to get my latest idea which I managed to get and post before anyone else did and that is flying the British flag.
This flag is flying on the tower of Lincoln Castle hope you like it against a lovely Blue sky. Once i had got this shot I decided to enjoy a good old British pint of cold Lager well not quite a British one
