Running Errands

A mix of business and pleasure today with coffee with an employee and lunch with a colleague. Shopping for niece's birthday present in between and tea with Mum after.

I came home to prepare supper before back out to pick up Teen from penultimate day of her course to go to the gym! Ran on treadmill with a friend and it was a little less of a struggle than our Monday run - not that we complained any less!
