Supper

Plantain. I had this year's ago at someone's house and thought it was delicious so I bought some to have a go myself. It's still delicious!! I'm a slow learner :-)

The weather was so dark and dull this morning I had a jacket on and the kitchen light but it gradually warmed up and by late afternoon the sun was out and it was quite hot!! What a surprise. Strange weather!!
