Unprepared

Had an unusual meeting today. The landed client, who's family have owned hundreds of acres here for generations, thought it was a good idea to get all of us to go on a 2 hour yomp to explore one particular area where he has planning for hundreds of new homes . So off we went through woods & fields full of mud & horse shit, in heavy rain for the first half hour.

At least I had leather boots on and a berghaus jacket, my heart went out to the London architect in a linen suit and suede shoes.
