Faded glory

The centre of Ho Chi Minh City in places feels like a Western European capital. Very glitzy and glamorous with an opera house and skybars with booming soundtracks. It also retains some faded colonial parts, such as this 130-year old building which, although looking derelict, apparently houses the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court. Perhaps the people don't use their court very much.
 
Dear mama and papa have been married 40 years today. Huge achievement.
