I'm giving myself a pat on the back as it's the first time this week I've managed to "upload" before lunch time  -  of course it's just been a case of picking my subject from the garden which cuts the time down a bit.  There's something about flowers and nature generally which is always a joy, and Flower Friday is a great way to start the weekend.

We'll be seeing our eldest and all her family this weekend,  and it just so happens that everyone will be "available"  -  not always a given so I'm looking forward to that, and I'm told the weather should be good too.
