Teddy is still at the window. Not that he's looking at anything. It's just somewhere for his eyes to unfocus.

As someone wisely said, "the quiet ones have the loudest minds". Teddy's voice is a bit husky from not talking, but his head is full of things: ideas, thoughts, plans, puzzles and questions. And memories. Lots of those.
