Butterfly in the sun...

For tonight's meal I've got the left over curry from last night on a bed of mashed potato, with an onion raita on the side!  Mr K has pasta and Alfred his usual! I mention this as food is very important to me - I like to always have something I like already planned out for my next meal...  This morning I ordered duck with colcannon mashed potato and veg for our first meal in England in four weeks time (from my mum - who did ask!) . Actually I think I'll change the veg to red cabbage!  :-)
