Lilies and phragmites..

Lots of chores done today Dug out the second gate to the hen enclosure. It's just out the back of the polytunnel and handy for getting up onto the hill. Some hens have been "laying away", out in the open. These eggs are quickly spotted by the gulls unless I get to them first!! New regime starts tomorrow. The hens will be shut in overnight, and not let out until gone 10 when hopefully, most will have laid..

Oiled hinges, replaced catches, just odd jobs that have been hanging around..

Then down to the beach with Tanns, and a salad harvest after. Delivered to hotel, and had a good chat with Jo, the chef about future deliveries, and her orders.. All's well, and now on to two deliveries a week..
