This is the only photo of the day on the rare occasion that I moved from within running distance of the bathroom.

The lurgy that hit me on Tuesday night has not wanted to clear off. It's meant a pretty quiet end to our week away for which I keep apologising, from the other side of the bathroom door, while everyone heads out to do stuff.

I missed a particularly long and energetic walk in the sunshine, although when I asked Joe where they'd got to he said "we sat in a hut and talked about death" so probably best I missed out on that in my current frame of mind. I've encouraged them all to head out for dinner rather than have their last night ruined by a grumpy git scouring his colon.
