Mimi Flips Out

Today was the last day of the hockey training camp that has seen the twins work extremely hard.  Not only was the camp on all day but this evening regular training started back for the season is just about five weeks away.  It was far too far to even contemplate coming home between the camp and training and the twins appeared shattered.  I drove the short distance into Prestwick and settled on the Golf Inn for some dinner.  The twins demolished enough food to feed an army and then to de-Rstress dad a short walk on the beach at Troon.

Mimi was cavorting on the sand doing one handed flips her second wind  well and truly found but it was beautiful just to watch her play in the evening sun.  The eagle eyed amongst you may spot a very famous landmark
