Plumbing! Very slight leak from this bath tap connection. It's probably been like that for the last twenty years. Tightened things up a bit, but I reckon it really needs a strip down and cleaning, before reassembly. Would've been much easier if there were local valves fitted. May chop out some of the pipe, and replace it with a flexible connector that has a valve built in. Only discovered the leak by chance. Fortunately it's caused minimal harm.

Haven't done much DIY for yonks. Used to do loads. Out of practise now. And there's so much needing done. Too darn lazy I suppose these days, or at a loss knowing what and where to start on it all!

Picked the last of the black currants this evening... those not eaten by the local Blackbird population, and a few other smaller species (like Robins, and Blackcaps). They'll be disappointed tomorrow, with but a few remnants on the bushes, and some on the ground.
