Coffee Culture
Our time the past two weeks in Pátzcuaro reintroduced us to the joy of a nice coffee out on the town. We have always enjoyed our morning coffee - on the patio in Zihuatanejo, sitting in bed (staying warm) in Pátzcuaro - but the heat of Zihua diminishes the fun of going out for a cappuccino (my wife) or mocha (me). Pátzcuaro, however, reawakened that deep seated need. My wife would walk and I would ride up to the square at least every other day for a "coffee break" at Lilian's Coffee on the main plaza. No Lilian's here, but we do have Loot just down the beach where we found ourselves this morning enjoying a cuppa.
