Ok I know it's just a picture of a cake... but hey I experience culture through eating ok so there might be a lot of food in my photo journal. Plus it's a really awesome, delicious, beautiful cake. A lagkagehuset (layer cake) from Lagkagehuset. Please don't ask me how that's pronounced... I think I just say Lak...mumble and hope people understand. The best thing about Lagkagehuset is that it's a bakery right next to where I live. I swear I won the dorm location lottery. It's opposite of the Christianshavn metro where I go to take the train to class. The store is actually really famous and everywhere in Denmark like the Starbucks of baked goods. However, my store is actually the original, which makes it the best of course. You grab a number and if you don't know what anything is called like me just point to everything that looks good.
