Warning! Emergency Blip Ahead!

This was taken just before I dragged myself exhausted to bed! The pinnacle of the lazy blip as it was taken whilst reclining on the couch. I hope you appreciate the well planned and expertly executed arty angle it was taken from.

Today was a good day.

Alan off to school quite happily. Builders in continuing doing their thing. David heading to Perth to pick up some bits and bobs and dropping me at a lovely local farm shop coffee shop to meet Fiona, a mum I have known since her daughter was in nursery with Alan and who lives not far from here. Spent a lovely couple of hours drinking coffee and eating the most enormous and delicious cranberry scone then spent a little while browsing the gift shop and deli. Also bought David a scone.

D picked me up at midday and we drove the back roads home. Even though it was a fairly dull day the Perthshire countryside was beautiful and around every corner was a blip just waiting to be blipped! Got a call from the Builder on the way home to say the Planning Officer had been out and inspected the work and passed it all so a Completion Certificate should be with us shortly. Yay!

Marion came up and spent the evening with Alan. He was happy to see her. A familiar face from his old place. :-)
