As our meal yesterday evening lasted until after midnight I feel justified in blipping the dessert!!

This was an amazing creation of a perfect sphere with delights of ice-cream and home-made honeycomb inside! The waiter served it with a jug of warm cream which he poured gently on top and a crater appeared!! This was the penultimate of 7 courses!!!

Philip loved this restaurant and was always curious as to all the different cooking methods involved in producing such delicacies!

We walked the half hour home with the help of a bright moon and iPhone torch well past midnight!
