Crummock Water

The plasterer arrived on time this morning which was great so me, Misty and her two friends went to Crummock Water as planned.  As predicted it was fairly quiet but by the time we left, the car park was over flowing.  We didn't walk very far around the lake because of the sheep so after they'd had a paddle and Misty a swim, we walked up the How which was windy and cold.   So today's blip is the track to the lake which Misty knows very well and when we get to the last bend in the track, she just takes off at 100 miles an hour and waits for me in the water.  The other two dogs are her friends who are here for a few more days.

Did some weeding in the garden this afternoon and ended up with two ticks crawling on my teeshirt, Yuk  :(
