They arrived as Virtual Friends...

And left as real friends.

After looking forward to their visit for so long, in all too short a time, it was time for Karen and Dave to head to Glencoe and the next stage of their holiday adventure.

After a final chat over breakfast, they were out into the sunshine and driving off to Glencoe via Loch Lomond.  Felt quite sad to say good bye and wish they could have stayed longer but hopefully they will return in the future and be able to spend more time with us.

Karen & Dave, we thoroughly enjoyed your company and thank you again for all the beautiful and thoughtful gifts.  Alan loves his t-shirt.  He's keeping it to wear on his birthday later this month :-))  We hope you enjoy the rest of your amazing adventure and look forward to following your travels on your blog.  Safe journey xx

Getting ready for bed I realised I hadn't taken a single photo today so you get the back of my head!  And yes, poor Karen and Dave were subjected to my curly head.  It's a wonder it didn't send them screaming into the hills!
