Treats

Been a very odd day, we woke with our normal 5.30 body clock with me in agony as I couldn't put my left foot down. Hobbled around for an hour trying to get a bit of movement, bath to ease the pain and then decision made to spend the morning in A n E. Their first thoughts were a fracture but X-Rays didn't show anything but might once swelling has gone down. Off I went with nothing gained, still in agony. Wife's step mum (who's a nurse) and dad came over for lunch- she assessed my foot and thinks it's gout! Bloody marvellous! Doctors visit next week
