Well they say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, so a little 30 mile trip on the pushbikes would be the doctors medicine.

Gorgeous weather today to enjoy it.

Got back from ride and spent a few hours in the girlfriends parents house chopping and mulching a tree.

Think I'll sleep tonight.
