Socialist realism with flying saucers

I have just returned from an interesting exhibition of Lithuanian and Polish art in Alytus. I am rather spoilt for choice, but I decided on this view of the second floor from the gallery on the third floor at the Arts Centre. Apparently last year this view was covered with a white sheet, but this year it has obviously been rehabilitated. The material is ceramic tile.
