Bad day at the office.

A big mishap today on plant.One of the jobs I was running had 3 of my lads covered head to foot in crude oil.A valve passed that should of been shut and the whole plant tripped out.
A bit shaken but they all showered and went to hospital.All 3 are ok.
Now I have the aftermath of an enquiry to go to.We work in a no blame culture on this site,we will see!
