Kylesku deer

Another fun day in the highlands started with a walk in the hills and along the coastline around Scourie with one of the Caithness and Sutherland rangers. We very much enjoyed learning (even) more about the wildlife, geology and history of the area, and the company of another couple and their extremely cute baby.
 
We had a late lunch at the Lochinver larder (and thought of Ridgeback13, who was here herself recently), then returned to Ullapool for a fun evening in chatting with other guests at our bed and breakfast.

I blipped the deer from the car window at the edge of the main road on the way back from our walk.
 
Exercise today: three and a half hour ranger walk.
