Women's over 35 World Champs 5,000

A very exciting race as Louise strides out and takes the silver medal from a field of 16 runners in 41C. France were 1st and 3rd  Louise ran for the Spanish Federation in a time of 18.14 everyone's time was slow due to the heat
Sam yelled for Mummy every time she came passed the stands and we all went to the medal ceremony in the evening. Oscars race was in another stadium at the same time so we could not watch  but he finished and was pleased with his time. A very hot exciting day.
