A Lazy Afternoon

The sun was out, the sky was blue - so I took a book and two magazines out under the pergola for a lazy, relaxing afternoon. This is my view across the garden - Russet chose to sit on the far terrace, until it was time for a cup of tea and a little piece of cake!!
For one reason and another, this is the first time I'd had an afternoon like this for a long time!
It was blissful!
