Making crab cakes!

And I've caught up with myself!

We bought two crabs when we were at the coast yesterday, so today we are making crab cakes! I'm pretty excited to be honest. I love them, but have never made them before. I usually buy dressed crab and just eat it with Tabasco and salad, but decided to be a bit more adventurous this time. Now all I have to do is figure out how to get the meat out!
