Life lessons

There are several important lessons which I have learnt over the course of my increasingly lengthy life.
The two which were learnt most painfully are:
1) Always clip your toenails before you go hillwalking
2) Always, ALWAYS wash your hands thoroughly after applying Deep Heat, especially before going to the lavatory.
