To Do Part 2

Finally started the external decorating today after several weeks procrastination.  Mostly the house just needs a coat of paint but this hole needs more thought.  Back to trying to decide if patching an unknown plaster with classic lime plaster is worth it.  Everything you read says you will have problems with bonding but most of the panels in this house seem to have a mixture of plasters - and no two the same.
